With the death of so many Joes, The Sarge arrives and personally places his team into play, he also demotes Channing Tatum and inserts Dwayne Johnson as the new Duke.
Dissension sets into the Joe ranks especially as the deaths of the Joes is squarely placed on Channing.
Through befriending Mongo, Major Bludd finds Castle Black where Destro is residing.

Destro sets up a weapon sale whereby all the villains of the World can buy, sell and trade. Destro doesn't make an appearance, he watches from a distance... although he isn't the only one's spying on the sale. The Commander sells lots of his weapons which also include the highly sort after, USA attack drone.
The Cobra Laboratory of Genetics and Cloning begin experimenting with the captured Joe.
The Commander and his lady, the Baroness, watch on with baited breath as The Commander's army will become stronger with the creation of Super Soldiers.
As word spreads of the stolen biological chemicals, an Arab decides to send a black ops team to secure the chemicals and also the legendary Cobra scientist dubbed the Tin-Man.
The chemical spillage causes abnormal levels of chemicals to be mixed into the captured Joe. A Super Soldier is born. Alarm bells ring at the Cobra Laboratory and Cobra Security Forces are despatched... to little effect.
With the war raging between The Commander and Destro and both sides taking heavy loses, a great deal of men and a few women who signed up for Cobra, Destro or the Joes decided against fighting in the war. These men, and the few women became Civilians and in the eyes of The Commander and Destro they are outcasts who must be captured or killed.
The Civilians live day to day as they never know when they'll encounter Cobra, Destro or rival factions of Civilians. They find whatever they can and make use of what is left over from the war.
Cobra Blue Troopers confront heavily armed Civilians where the outcome can only be split blood.
The Commander and his Elite Troopers take firm control of any Civilians and the streets are cleared.
With the Joes seemingly disbanded and the new Duke Dwayne Johnson's team gone dark, Destro is the next target for The Commander.
